• Account data: Your email address (for login via Firebase Authentication)
• Profile data: Name, goals, allergies, activity level, age, sex — entered during onboarding
• Meal data: Meals you log, including photos you choose to upload
• Usage data: App activity like streaks, water logs, mood check-ins, challenges
• Conversation data: Messages between you and the NourWell Coach

3. How we use your data

• To provide personalised nutrition coaching through the NourWell AI Coach
• To generate your meal plans, track your progress, and calculate your Nour Score
• To send you reminders and coaching notifications (only if you enable them)

4. Third-party services

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and cloud functions — Privacy Policy

• Spoonacular: Dish image lookup — Terms

5. Data storage

Your data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud, EU region). Conversation history is stored locally on your device and in Firestore. We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my account within the app. For other data requests, contact us at rajesh.pore@gmail.com.

7. Children

NourWell is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
