Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log a meal?
Open the Coach tab and tell your coach what you ate. For example: "I just had a chicken salad for lunch." The coach will log it automatically.

How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my account. This permanently deletes all your data.

Why is the app not responding?
Check your internet connection. The AI coach requires an active connection to work.

Is NourWell free?
Yes — NourWell is completely free during early access.

How do I reset my preferences?
Go to Profile → Update preferences to restart the onboarding process.
